It also provides help for those that have already purchased their homes. There is now a clause that will allow up to a $6,500 tax credit back to existing home owners who qualify.

It is the final countdown to the $8,000 tax credit. The deadline is fast approaching on November 30th, 2009. Any new home must be closed by that date to take advantage of the tax credit.

09/03/09 As is always tradition in the Denver area, the Labor day weekend brings A Taste of Colorado. This is a very popular local food and entertainment festival.
