Tax Credit Extension

Great news! The Home Buyer tax credit has been extended!

For those of you who were trying to meet the November 20th, 2009 deadline – you have more time.

This extension of the tax credit now gives you until April 30th, 2010. Much more time to look and find that “right” home. The tax credit will still give you up to $8,000.

It also provides help for those that have already purchased their homes. There is now a clause that will allow up to a $6,500 tax credit back to existing home owners who qualify.

The Aurora CO Homes For Sale recipe hunt has been a great success. We have received tons of recipes for our cookbook. We have decided to extend it out for a few extra days. Originally, we were going to have it ready by Labor Day. We are now placing a new stop date at 12am Sept. 8th, 2009.
